Booking Policy

• Become familiar with our Statement of Faith and Statement of Practice.
• Contact the Director via phone or email to check the availability of our facilities.
• Complete and submit the application form with the $250 security deposit.  Your rental is not confirmed until we have received the security deposit.
• One of our rental designates will contact you in advance of your rental to confirm arrival/ departure times and camper numbers.  Keys are not available to be given out to rentals.
• Payment in full is due no later than the beginning of your rental of Kingswood Camp.
• If you request the basic rental you must be aware and abide by the "needs checklist" and the "closing checklist."
• We reserve the right to use the security deposit to replenish the supplies of Kingswood Camp and to pay for maintenance/cleaning services if Camp checklists are not followed.
• If facilities are left in good standing we will refund the security deposit in full within two weeks of rental closing.
• Any and all personal property left at the camp is not the responsibility of Kingswood Camp or its representatives.
• Cheques are to be made payable to "Kingswood Camp" and mailed with completed forms to: Kingswood Camp, Box 543, Kentville, NS B4N 3X7, Attn: Executive Director

Cancellation Policy

In the event of a rental cancellation the security deposit may or may not be refunded depending on when the cancellation occurs.  If the rental is cancelled within 30 days of the rental start date the security deposit will not be refunded.  If it is cancelled prior to 30 days of the rental start date the security deposit will be refunded in full.
